Here's everything you need to know before placing your first order no surprises at checkout.
Minimum order
Every order must start at at least 4 bottles so you delivery is always worth the trip and the cost makes sense. The $17 delivery fee applies per order, regardless of water type.
Refill orders
Return empties, we handle the rest. Please return the same number of clean, empty bottles as you order. This keeps your refill cycle running smoothly.
Delivery times
When to expect your order:
Union City: Same day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
Other areas: Next day delivery. Order by midnight for next morning scheduling.

How we purify your water
We use Reverse Osmosis (RO) the leading purification method on the market. Water is pushed through a semi permeable membrane that removes contaminants, heavy metals, and impurities, leaving clean great tasting water with no compromise.

Repressurization System
12 GPM pressurization system maintains constant water pressure from storage tanks, filter, ultraviolet sterilizer and dispensing points.
Pressure Tank
32 gallon pressure tank ensures a constant flow of water to filter and prolongs pump life.
Post Carbon Filtration
Water travels through a 4.5 in x 20in coconut shell carbon block filter, polishing it for an exceptionally smooth taste.
Ultraviolet Sterilizer
A 12 GPM Ultraviolet sterilizer eliminates 99.9% of all bacteria.
Ozone
An Ozone system with inline and diffusers in tanks to prevent bacterial growth. Keeps water great tasting!
