Water Process
The ‘How’ of the Reverse Osmosis (RO) purification process:
The RO Purification Process is the leading solution available on the market, recognized for being both one of the safest and most cost-effective methods to obtain great-tasting pure water.
Join us as we guide you through the 11-step process our machine employs to deliver your purified water.
1) AG Pre-Filtration
The cartridge type effectively removes particulate matter down to 20 microns and stands at 4 feet tall to ensure maximum filtration efficiency.

2) Activated Carbon Filter
This activated carbon cartridge filter effectively removes chlorine, chloramine, solvents, lead, insecticides, gases, and other harmful contaminants. It functions as a water softener without the use of salt, drawing hardness particles together and crystallizing them.

3) 5-Micron Pre Filter
Removes particles, sediments, and algae. (Back side of machine. Looks Identical to Post Carbon Filter)

4) Reverse Osmosis (RO) Pump
A high-pressure stainless steel pump boosts water pressure to 160 psi, ensuring maximum membrane efficiency.
5) Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane
Water is forced through several semi permeable membranes (0.0002 micron), allowing only pure water molecules to pass.

6) Storage Tanks
Water is stored in FDA approved tanks. These tanks store 300 gallons of water each and we have 2. Ozone is pumped into these tanks to kill 99% of all bacteria. (Safety First!)
7) Repressure System
12 GPM pressure pump assures constant water supply from storage tanks to post carbon filter, ultraviolet sterilizer, and faucets.
8) Pressure Tank
32 gallon pressure tank assures a constant flow of water to the filler and prolongs pump life.
9) Post Carbon Filtration
Water travels through a 4.5in x 20in coconut shell carbon block filter, polishing it for an exceptionally smooth taste.

10) Ultraviolet Sterilizer
Stainless steel sterilizer eliminates up to 99.9% of all bacteria.

11) Ozone
Ozone is added to both inline and our water storage tanks to prevent future bacterial growth. Keeps water fresh and great tasting!
