Terms and conditions
Welcome to AlkaPure Waters (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing our products or
using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Products & Services
We provide purified and alkaline water in refillable containers (bottles) of 3 and 5
gallons, as well as accessories and related items.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed
orders already paid.
All product descriptions and details are provided in good faith, but actual product
packaging and labeling may vary slightly.
- Bottle Deposit & Exchange
Customers may use their own compatible bottles or purchase bottles from us.
For exchange program, bottles must be returned cleaned and in good condition.
Excessively dirty or damaged bottles will not be eligible for exchange.
- Order & Payment
We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods as
advertised.
Orders placed for delivery must meet the minimum order requirement of 4
bottles.
- Deliveries
Deliveries are available within our service area in New Jersey (Union City, Jersey
City, and other listed areas).
Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by events
beyond our control (weather, traffic, emergencies).
If no one is available to receive a delivery, bottles will be left in a designated safe
spot when possible. Customers are responsible for the water once delivered.
If no one is available to exchange bottles, the empty bottles should be left outside
the residence and filled bottles will be left in the same place.
- Product Safety
Water must be stored in a cool, clean place away from direct sunlight.
Bottles should remain sealed until use.
Once opened, we recommend consuming the water within 7 days for optimal
freshness.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlkaPure Water is not liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our
products.
Our liability for any product defect is limited to replacement of the product or
refund of the purchase price.
- Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The
updated version will be posted in-store and on our website (if applicable).
