Refund and return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy:
1. Water Products
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened water bottles once they leave
our store or are delivered.
If you believe your water is defective or unsafe, please contact us immediately. We may request that the bottle be returned for
inspection. If confirmed defective, we will replace the bottle and water at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
2. Bottles & Accessories
New, unused bottles and accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, provided they are in original
condition and packaging.
Used bottles may only be returned for deposit refund (if purchased with deposit), provided they are in good, reusable
condition.
3. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
Depending on the situation, we may redeliver the product, replace it, or issue a refund.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Opened or partially consumed water bottles.
Customized or special-order items.
Delivery fees (unless delivery was incorrect or delayed due to our error).
